    • Change of mind: 120 days (item must be unused in original packaging)
    • Damaged/incorrect items: 30 days from delivery

    Email customerservice@haircaresuperstore.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue.

    Return Costs

    • Change of mind: Customer pays return postage + 10% restocking fee may apply
    • Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return costs
    • Use tracked postage - we're not responsible for returns lost in transit
