Yep! If youβve changed your mind, you can request a return within 120 days β as long as itβs unused and in the original packaging. Just a heads-up: return postage is on you, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
If something turns up damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a few clear photos, and weβll get it sorted.
Because of hygiene and safety, we canβt take change-of-mind returns on things like opened products, electrical tools, brushes, accessories, towels, aerosols, clearance items or gift cards β but if somethingβs faulty, your Aussie consumer rights still apply.
