Designed to feel personal, welcoming and unhurried, HCSS Salon will bring together the same approach we’ve always taken online: helping you understand your hair, make choices that work for you, and feel confident looking after it long after you leave the salon.

You might arrive knowing exactly what you want, with a phone full of inspiration photos, or with absolutely no idea where to start. That’s completely fine. Your appointment begins with a conversation — about your hair, what you like, what you don’t, what you’ve tried before, and what you realistically want from your hair between visits.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is assumed.

We’ll look at more than just the end result you want on the day. We’ll consider your hair type, condition, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and how much time and energy you actually want to spend on your hair at home.

Throughout your appointment, we’ll explain what we’re doing and why, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening or what you should be doing once you get home. Haircare shouldn’t feel like guesswork, and you should never feel uncomfortable asking questions about your own hair.

When you leave, our goal isn’t simply for your hair to look good. We want you to understand it better, feel confident maintaining it, and leave feeling more like yourself — whether that means refreshed, transformed or simply a little more put-together.

And because caring for your hair doesn’t stop when you leave the salon, HCSS Salon is backed by Haircare Superstore and our range of Australian and salon-quality haircare. Where it makes sense, we can help you build a realistic home routine around your hair, your goals and your budget — without filling your bathroom with products you don’t need.

Our new Riverstone salon is currently being prepared, and online bookings will be available right here once we’re ready to open. We’ll share our opening date, salon address, services and booking information as everything comes together.
