Real Haircare Moments Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering this promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. To enter, you must have purchased from RLLB Pty Ltd t/a Haircare Superstore (ABN 11 641 085 234) and submit at least one eligible entry type during the promotion period. Eligible entry types include:

  • User-generated content (UGC) featuring the Haircare Superstore product(s) you purchased; or
  • A verified product review for an item purchased from Haircare Superstore; or
  • A verified store review relating to your Haircare Superstore service.

An order number is required for verification.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter: employees, contractors, directors, or officers of RLLB Pty Ltd, and the immediate family members of these individuals (including parents, siblings, children, and spouses).

2. How to Enter

You can enter the Real Haircare Moments Giveaway in any of the following ways:

Submit UGC (2 entries per unique photo or video)

  • Share a photo or video featuring a Haircare Superstore product you purchased. You may submit UGC in either of the following ways:
  • Private Submission: Email your photos and/or videos to ugc@haircaresuperstore.com.au.
  • Public Tag: Share a public post on Instagram, Facebook (@haircaresuperstore), or TikTok (@hcss_au) and include the hashtag #hcss_ugc.

Each unique photo or video counts as two (2) entries.

Only one UGC entry form is required per month, regardless of how many UGC items you submit.

Leave a Product Review (1 entry per review)

  • Leave a verified product review for an item purchased from Haircare Superstore.
  • Each completed product review counts as one (1) entry.

Leave a Store Review (2 entries per review)

  • Leave a verified store review for a completed Haircare Superstore order.
  • Each store review counts as two (2) entries.
  • Only one store review can be submitted per customer, as restricted by Judge.me.

Multiple Entry Types Allowed: You may enter using any combination of the above methods within the same month.

3. Entry Requirements

To be valid, each entry must meet the following conditions:

UGC Requirements

  • UGC must clearly feature a Haircare Superstore product you purchased (e.g., unboxing, routine step, texture squeeze).
  • Each photo or video must be unique. Duplicate or near-identical submissions may be rejected.
  • Private accounts must use the Private Submission method.
  • Public-tag entries must be publicly visible at the time of the draw.
  • Public-tag entries must include the hashtag #hcss_ugc so the post can be tracked.

Review Requirements

  • Product reviews must be verified reviews submitted on the Haircare Superstore website for a product you purchased.
  • Store reviews must be verified reviews submitted on the Haircare Superstore website and relate to a genuine purchase made within the last 180 days.
  • Each review must be unique, relate to a genuine purchase, and not be copied, repeated, or submitted multiple times for the same order or product.
  • Reviews must include a star rating and a written comment.
  • Reviews must not contain offensive language, defamatory statements, or content unrelated to the product or shopping experience.

Content Restrictions

  • Privately submitted content must not contain copyrighted music, images, or other protected material without the required rights or permissions.
  • Content must not include medical or therapeutic claims, including statements that imply treatment, cure, or prevention of any health condition.

Contact Details

  • UGC entries: Entrants must provide a valid email address and mobile number on the entry form so winners can be contacted.
  • Review entries: No additional contact details are required. Contact information collected through verified Judge.me reviews will be used for winner notification.

Verification

Haircare Superstore reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age, or proof of purchase to verify eligibility and validate any entry or prize claim.

4. Promotion Period

Promotion runs monthly from 12:00am on the 1st day of the month to 11:59pm on the final day of the month. Winners are drawn during the first week of the following month. All times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

5. Prizes

Two winners are randomly drawn each month:

  • 1st drawn – $100 gift card
  • 2nd drawn – $50 gift card

Winners may choose either a Haircare Superstore e-gift card (valid for 3 years) or a Woolworths physical gift card (valid as per Woolworths policy).

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number provided in their entry form or review.

To claim their prize, winners must respond within 30 days of the initial winner notification. Haircare Superstore will send reminder messages during this period, but the claim window always begins from the first notification.

If the winner does not respond within 30 days:

  • The prize will be forfeited.
  • The prize will not be redrawn or awarded to another participant.
  • No compensation will be offered.

Once claimed:

  • Haircare Superstore e-gift cards will be delivered via email.
  • Woolworths gift cards will be posted to the winner’s nominated address.

Winner Limitation: Each person may only win once within any 60-day period. If an entrant has already won in the previous 60 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Equal Chance: All valid entries have an equal chance of being selected.

7. Use of Content, Consent & Rights

By submitting an entry, you confirm that:

  • You created the submitted content and own all rights to it.
  • Any person appearing in your content has given their consent to be filmed and to have their likeness used by Haircare Superstore.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy.

You grant Haircare Superstore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit, and share your submitted content (including captions) across our website, social media channels, email marketing, advertising, and other promotional materials.

All submitted content — including privately emailed content — may be publicly shared by Haircare Superstore.

Submitting an entry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or SMS. You will only receive transactional communications related to your giveaway entry unless you opt in separately.

8. Disqualification

Haircare Superstore may, at its sole discretion, deem an entry invalid and/or disqualify an entrant if:

UGC-related issues

  • No valid order number is provided or cannot be verified.
  • The content does not clearly feature a purchased Haircare Superstore product.
  • A public-tag post is private, deleted, or inaccessible at the time of verification or the draw.
  • The required hashtag #hcss_ugc is not included on public-tag entries.
  • The content is not original, is generated by AI without disclosure, or infringes third-party rights.
  • The same or substantially similar UGC content is submitted multiple times.
  • A person appearing in the content has not provided consent.
  • The content includes medical or therapeutic claims.

Review-related issues

  • A product or store review does not relate to a genuine purchase.
  • Multiple reviews are submitted for the same product or order.
  • The review contains offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, or irrelevant content.
  • The review is copied, repeated, fraudulent, or otherwise not a genuine customer experience.

General issues

  • The entrant provides fraudulent, false, or misleading information.
  • The entrant attempts to tamper with or interfere with the entry process.
  • A prize is not claimed within 30 days of initial notification.

9. Privacy

We collect your name, email, social handle (for UGC entries), order number, and submitted content for the purpose of administering this promotion. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Marketing Consent

Entering this promotion does not subscribe you to Haircare Superstore’s marketing emails or SMS. You will only receive transactional communications related to your giveaway entry. Marketing content is only sent if you opt in separately.

10. Changes

Haircare Superstore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time.

11. Legal & Liability

  • Haircare Superstore will retain records of entries and prize draws for a minimum of 3 years.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haircare Superstore is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entering this promotion or from use of the prize.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in NSW courts.
