Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but can't be found, contact us at customerservice@haircaresuperstore.com.au and lodge an AusPost enquiry so we have a case to reference:

Return Windows

  • Change of mind: 120 days (item must be unused in original packaging)
  • Damaged/incorrect items: 30 days from delivery

How to Start a Return

Email customerservice@haircaresuperstore.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Return Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return postage + 10% restocking fee may apply
  • Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return costs
  • Use tracked postage - we're not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (brushes, hair accessories, towels)
  • Opened or used products
  • Final sale/clearance items and gift cards

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Dispatched within 3 business days of approval
  • Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days
