Clever Curl Blonde Treatment is a specialised, ultra nourishing treatment suitable for all hair types. Helps to reduce brassy yellow tones in coloured or naturally blonde and grey hair. The blonde curl treatment can be used for both subtle and maximum toning. See "How to use" for more details.

METHOD 1: Subtle toning results

  • After cleansing, completely saturate hair with warm water.
  • Apply to palms and distribute evenly in hands.
  • Begin applying to ends of hair working product up to mid lengths and roots. Glaze any remaining product over hair.
  • Once product is distributed evenly, leave product in hair for 3 – 5 minutes.
  • Prior to rinsing product, apply preferred personal techniques such as; wet brush, roping, squish to condish.
  • Rinse out thoroughly with lots of water.

METHOD 2: Maximum toning results

  • After cleansing, completely saturate hair with warm water.
  • Apply to palms and distribute evenly in hands.
  • Begin applying to ends of hair working product up to mid lengths and roots. Glaze any remaining product over hair.
  • Once product is distributed evenly, leave product in hair for 10 minutes.
  • Prior to rinsing product, apply preferred personal techniques such as; wet brush, roping, squish to condish.
  • Rinse out thoroughly with lots of water.

Why use purple hair products on Blonde hair?

Using purple shampoo is a key step in helping dyed blonde hair look vibrant and fresh. Purple shampoo acts as a toner to get rid of brassy tones and return your hair to a cooler, salon-fresh blonde. After dying your hair blonde, your blonde hue may become brassy over time.

Blonde shampoos should only be used 2 - 3 washes to help keep yellow tones at bay. Leave it on for 2 - 5 minutes, so the purple pigment has time to do its job.
